What you get;
A hand built, made-to-order custom tray, constructed from high quality steel or aluminum to the highest standard we can offer. 
Fully welded, fully sealed custom steel or aluminium tray chassis with aluminum accessories
All external welds seamlessly sanded. 
3mm Aluminium (Marine Grade) or Steel flush floor 
1-piece 3mm mudguards, fitted to suit wheel offset
Re-use of genuine filler neck and lockable cap
Cross Tube Bars in headboard 
Indicator and Brakelights included can be changed to customer preference.
Model specific chassis mounts with fully-welded base plates 

Finishing touches:
Whole tray chassis is sandblasted back to bare metal prior to paint
Whole tray chassis powder coated in a zinc rust proof primer
Whole tray hand/block sanded 
Whole tray fully seam sealed in applicable areas
All freight costs to and from sand blasters, industrial painters and back
